KTracer, a realtime execution path tracer was committed to kdenonbeta. Kexi can save table design changes, and the MySQL driver was reintroduced. KFormDesigner, part of Kexi, is now a KPart. Krita adds dynamic brush scaling. KdeTV includes a number of new filters: color inversion, chromakill, mirror image, sharpness. Kifi now shows found network details in real time.
I set the release modules to readonly. Please send patches you feel have to go in to kde-core-devel@kde.org.
Approximately 8 hours later, the release modules were opened, and KDE_3_3_BRANCH was created. Someone asked whether HEAD was open for everything again and Stephan replied:
No. HEAD is still frozen for bug fixes only (that are to be tested for backporting). And I sure hope you use the remaining time till KDE 3.3.0 is released to update your installation and look around for show stopper bugs - even if they are not in your part. That's what RCs are for and the time of frozen CVS is really soon over.
