This Week...
Auto logout support in Kiosk. Hardware Abstraction Layer support in media kioslave. Journal plugin for Kontact. KDevelop improves Ruby support. Bidi support from Webcore merged into khtml.

Stephan Kulow, our intrepid release coordinator has updated the Kde 3.4 release plan. The release cycle will start on December 4, 2004 and end on the targeted release date of March 16th, 2005.

Any who thought that khtml development has slowed down were wrong. The last few weeks have seen a flurry of activity. Javascript fixes, bidi support and extensive regression testing. There is a healthy development group including Allan Sandfeld Jensen, Andrew Coles, David Faure, George Staikos, Germain Garand, Koos Vriezen, Pascal Létourneau, Stephan Kulow, under the watchful eyes of Dirk Mueller. I probably missed some, there are so many.
