add state-awareness to contextview! this means that when you start a track (from "home"), amarok saves the state to a file, and loads the saved "current" state, etc. much more usable now! :)

also, updated engines to work properly without plasma patch.
things should start working better, especially once i get my (so far) last patch into plasma, currently pending on the list.
