Marco Martin committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/plasma/tools/plasmoidviewer:
adds the support for arguments to applets in plasmoidviewer, so you can call for instance plasmoidviewer icon /path/to/foo and the icon applet will load the url /path/to/foo
also display an error message if plasmoidviewer was called without arguments
