Scale the image if it doesn't fit inside the page
Especially for anchored images, once the image is bigger than the
page width or height, you'll never be able to access the resize handles...
Besides, this is friendlier.
This concludes my implementation of D&D for Words (and Stage, Flow
and Karbon)
